Delete my Melbie data

This page is for the Melbie app and website (melbie.app). Melbie has no accounts.
How to request deletion
- On this device: Open Melbie → Manage → remove devices / Log out if sync is on. Clear favourites and list items, then clear Melbie app/site data or uninstall.
- Server sync: Remove every connected device in Manage. Shared list links expire after 24 hours.
- Email: hello@melbie.app with subject “Delete my Melbie data”. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Device favourites / shopping list when you clear app data
- Server sync copies and linked devices when you remove devices or we process an email request
- Shared list links after expiry (24 hours)
What may be kept
- Aggregated Google Analytics (no Melbie account)
- Short-lived operational logs (typically within 90 days)
- Public retailer catalogue data (not your personal data)
